Payroll SpecialistLocation: Ebury León - 4 days office based, 1 day from home office / weekAbout the role End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team.Analysis and documentation of each countries control framework and payrollprocessing guidance.Ad hoc project support.Manage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., Finance, HR, etc.) and thepayroll provider to ensure end-to-end process excellence.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policiesPerforming reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls.Stay up to date with local payroll regulations.Support Finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities.Regularly review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency andreliability.Attend all escalated and critical payroll related issues on a timely basis Requirements: At least 3 years' experience of processing payroll across multiple countries.Experience of working with a global payroll provider/systemExperience in working with manual processes undergoing automation transformationProcess documentation and control framework building/writingAbility to take ownership of payroll processes;Problem solving mindset & positive attitude;Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.Excellent communications skills in English.Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup and other formulas) #LI-ONSITE#LI-LK1
