Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.

- Make outbound calls to promote and sell advertising services.
\n
- Understand customer objectives and propose tailored marketing solutions.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while increasing campaign spend and upselling.

- Create, maintain, and update customer databases accurately.

- Handle a high volume of client interactions daily via phone and email.

\nRequirements\n

- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred) OR equivalent experience.

- German – C2 and English – C1/C2 level proficiency.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or customer success.

- Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

- Strong CRM and client relationship management experience.
