At Fronius Spain we are looking for a Technical Support Technician in the Solar & Energy area.
Responsibilities
* Providing excellent and timely national customer support via technical consulting and assistance for customers (sales representatives, FSP, installers) involving pre‑sales assistance, PV system‑sizing and monitoring.
* Assisting with support cases via phone and/or email as well as on‑site when necessary.
* Training customers (conducting seminars) in‑house or on‑site.
* Creating technical and training material.
* Assisting in national sales exhibitions or trade fairs.
* Interface function with Technical Support International.
Qualifications
* Diploma in electronics.
* Professional education.
* Training/knowledge in renewable energies is a plus.
* Professional experience.
* Professional experience in customer service, repair/after sales service.
* Customer‑oriented attitude.
* Self‑motivated attitude with the ability to solve problems and provide superb technical advice.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong MS Office skills including MS Dynamics CRM.
* Technical understanding and eagerness to learn.
* Willingness to travel.
Languages
* National language as a native language.
* Spoken and written English incl. technical vocabulary.
* Basic German an advantage.
