Key Responsibilities
* Prepares and bakes high-quality pizzas in line with established recipes, portion controls and presentation standards.
* Manages dough production, fermentation schedules and hand-stretching techniques with consistency and technical accuracy.
* Monitors proofing, hydration levels and baking temperatures to ensure optimal texture, flavour and quality.
* Prepares and portions toppings in line with mise en place requirements to support smooth service delivery.
* Maintains speed and precision during high-volume service while upholding food quality and consistency.
* Organises and maintains your section to ensure cleanliness, efficiency and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Monitors stock levels within your section and contributes to inventory control, cost management and waste reduction.
* Supports the development of new menu items and seasonal specials in collaboration with the Head Chef.
* Ensures all equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition.
* Adheres to health and safety regulations, including proper food storage, labelling and stock rotation procedures.

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume Luxury hospitality environment.
* Proven expertise in fermented and hand-stretched pizza dough preparation and baking techniques.
* Strong understanding of dough fermentation processes, temperature control and oven management.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage prep and service timelines effectively.
* Knowledge of food hygiene standards and safe food handling practices.
* Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of the Tribe kitchen team.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, in line with the rhythm of Destino Five Ibiza.
* Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Spanish is an advantage but not essential.
* Must hold the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
* Personally settled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must.
* Brings a positive attitude that aligns with the spirit of The Pacha Group.
