The role focuses on learning and contributing to project execution while ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met, supporting the company's retail expansion goals.
Support in project design coordinationAssist in the design phase in collaboration with the Leasing Manager and Project Designer, contributing to achieving optimal functionality and design of POS.Budgeting and cost trackingSupport the monitoring and follow-up of project costs, helping to track budgets and maintain updated records.Project schedule supportHelp track project timelines (openings, closures, refurbishments), ensuring key milestones are followed.Support the coordination with external partners (suppliers, contractors) to keep projects on schedule.Assist in identifying potential delays or issues and escalating them to senior team members.
