This role blends deep technical leadership, solution design, and customer partnership to accelerate onboarding and maximize outcomes for large-scale organizations. It stands out for its strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor in complex enterprise SaaS transformation programs.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT software solutions, including capabilities, integration points, and value proposition for very large enterprises;- Partner with internal stakeholders and meet with client stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into customer solutions that decrease time to value;- Drive the customer onboarding journey through technical expertise in available customizations and ensure requirements are met during implementation;- Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D; to ensure solutions meet expectations and technical feasibility;- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions, and evolving IT/OT technologies to provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.MUST HAVES- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role within the IT or OT software industry servicing large accounts;- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, TCP vs UDP troubleshooting, and routing basics;- Experience working with VPNs and proxy authentication scenarios;- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting firewall rules inbound and outbound;- Awareness of conditional access and secure gateway concepts;- Knowledge of ports and protocols;- Expertise in enterprise software solutions, preferably in IT/OT integration, data analytics, cloud technologies, or industrial IoT;- Strong understanding of enterprise environments, including challenges, architectures, and decision-making processes;- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;- Experience with enterprise-level SaaS implementation engagements and solution design;- Proficiency with modern tools and platforms such as cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, and middleware;- Fluency in English.NICE TO HAVES- Experience integrating or working with tools such as ServiceNow, secure web gateways or zero-trust platforms, and other ITSM, IAM, or security proxy solutions;- German and French language skills.PERKS AND BENEFITS- Professional growth: Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.- Competitive compensation: USD-based pay with education, fitness, and team activity budgets.- Exciting projects: Modern solutions with Fortune 500 and top product companies.- Flextime: Versátil schedule with remote and office options.
