Pb Position Summary: /b The Regional Access Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing regional and national access strategies for our medicines in Italfarmaco#39;s Rare Diseases area, ensuring their access in the Autonomous Communities and Hospitals in their assigned zone. This key role will work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (medical, commercial, marketing, etc.) to identify access barriers, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure favorable outcomes for patients and the company. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /pulli Develop and execute strategic regional access plans, aligned with national plans and health policies. /lili Lead regional and national access projects, collaborating with internal teams, external teams, regional health services, scientific societies, etc. /lili Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare system at regional and national levels (General and Deputy General Directorates of Pharmacy of the Autonomous Communities, hospital managements, hospital pharmacy, scientific societies, etc.). /lili Implement national funding agreements in their regions, thereby monitoring the established agreements – (Demonstrable experience in this type of agreement is essential). /lili Monitor the national and regional access environment, anticipating changes and developing proactive strategies. /lili Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. /li /ul pb Candidate Specifications: /b /pulli Education: Bachelor#39;s degree in Health Sciences: Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, or similar. /lili Additional Training: /lili Master#39;s in Health Economics, Institutional Relations, or similar. /li /ul pb Professional Experience: /b /pulli Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Regional Access Manager (RAM) in the pharmaceutical industry. /lili Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM) in pharmacies or hospital/healthcare settings. /lili Demonstrated experience in national-level access positions. /lili Previous experience working with rare diseases. /lili Demonstrable experience in the development and follow-up of innovative agreements at regional and hospital levels. /li /ul pb Skills and Competencies: /b /pulli Deep knowledge of the healthcare system and access and reimbursement processes in Spain and assigned regions. /lili Excellent negotiation and communication skills. /lili Ability to work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams. /lili English (C1) /li /ul
