Look no further.We’re looking for a Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist who’s comfortable working with technical tools and concepts to join our team. In this role, you’ll onboard new customers, solve real-world security challenges, and act as a trusted advisor - helping them get the most out of Qalea’s platform and owning their ongoing security and compliance journey.A day in your life as a Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist, here at Qalea- Act as the main technical contact for our customers - guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and day-to-day platform adoption.
- Own and run information security programs for several clients, acting as their go-to security advisor.
- Configure and deploy Qalea’s cybersecurity tools (EDR, SIEM, automated pentesting, awareness training) according to each client’s needs.
- Help customers implement security controls with Qalea’s platform, aligned with standards like ISO 27001, ENS, DORA, SOC 2 and NIS2.
- Prepare clients for audits and certification processes by automating documentation and evidence collection through Qalea.
- Act as a hands-on security expert - resolving issues, optimising configurations, and ensuring our tools provide effective protection in real-world environments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term customer success.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to bring customer feedback into the roadmap.You’ll rock if you haveMust-haves:
- 3+ years in roles combining technical expertise and client interaction (e.g. Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Presales, or other client-facing roles with a consultative approach), ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- A solid understanding of security concepts and common frameworks (risk, compliance, cloud security).
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools such as EDR/SIEM, vulnerability scanners, password managers, or awareness training platforms.
- A proactive, curious, and hands-on mindset - you don’t wait for instructions, and you bring clarity and direction when things get messy.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English - you explain things clearly and make people feel heard and understood.Nice-to-haves:
- Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-growing environments.
- Familiarity with GRC platforms or compliance automation tools.
