Experteer Overview As Senior Tax Accountant at Qlik, you will own EMEA and APAC direct tax processes and compliance, partnering with the Tax Manager to drive accurate filings and timely tax payments. You’ll support worldwide tax provisions, pillar II considerations, transfer pricing, and tax automation efforts to improve data-driven compliance. This role sits at the intersection of tax, accounting, and cross-functional teams, enabling scalable global tax operations. You will shape regional tax processes and contribute to the company’s global tax strategy in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Oversee EMEA and APAC direct tax compliance and filings - Review or assist with corporate tax returns prepared by external advisors - Support US GAAP tax provision (annual and quarterly) - Manage EMEA and APAC direct tax payments and timelines - Assist in audit procedures and tax audit responses - Coordinate with accounting, revenue, AP, and IT teams for tax controls - Monitor Pillar II developments and translate into data/process requirements - Assist transfer pricing policy maintenance and documentation - Contribute to global direct tax strategy and planning initiatives - Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in direct taxResponsabilidades - 3+ years of global direct tax experience (EMEA and APAC) - Fluent English;
other languages advantageous - Knowledge of local country GAAP and US GAAP is a plus - Experience with tax audit processes and compliance - Big Four experience preferred - Experience with tax technology and ERP systems (e.G., Avalara, NetSuite) - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel - Process improvement and automation in tax compliance - Bachelor in Accounting preferred;
