The Opportunity We are seeking a Project Scheduler with strong experience in planning, scheduling and project controls, who will be responsible for the development and delivery of project schedules for industry leading high-voltage renewable energy projects in our Victorian Service Delivery team. This role forms part of a wider team of Project Schedulers nationally. Reporting to the Program Scheduling Lead, and working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers in our Victorian operations business unit, you will provide excellence in developing, monitoring and analysing effective project performance. You will also lead the development and maintenance of project schedules and measure, assess and report on progress against project baselines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules for renewable energy projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input on project timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address changes in scope, delays, or unforeseen challenges. Analyse schedule performance and report findings to project stakeholders. Ensure alignment between the project schedule and the overall project goals, budget, and timeline. Support project risk assessment and mitigation by identifying potential scheduling conflicts. Skills And Experiences About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: 5 years of demonstrated experience in supporting complex multi-disciplinary projects, ideally in renewable energy or utilities sector. Experience in other industries such as infrastructure, oil & gas and mining will also be considered Prior experience on complex, high-value projects within either construction, renewables, or similar industry Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders Strong computer literacy Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) and Microsoft Project Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment Be rewarded at CPP.
