CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist (Remote - CET ± 4 h) This hybrid role blends deep hands-on Mautic expertise with multichannel campaigns and Customer Success coordination across clients, internal devs, and the CEO.
You will be both the technical marketing operator keeping campaigns humming and the face of day-to-day value delivery for our managed deliverability and optimized profitability ESP offering.

Key Responsibilities

* MK Technical Ops & Analytics : Own the Mautic stack – installs, upgrades, plugins, security. SSH into servers to audit & tune cronjobs (segments, campaigns, webhooks, backups) with Dev-OPs. Spot & fix mis-configs like duplicate triggers or missing messenger workers. Query Amazon Athena (SQL) on our engagement_daily table to validate KPIs and craft ad-hoc insight reports. Monitor deliverability with tools like InboxTracker, Litmus & MXToolBox; keep inbox placement >95 %.
* Integration : Integrate Mautic with client websites, e-commerce, CDP, BI & ad platforms via API/Webhooks.

Customer Success & Coordination

* Act as primary Success contact for assigned accounts: schedule stand-ups, gather requirements, translate into tickets, track SLAs.
* Coordinate hand-offs between dev team, you, CEO/PM, and client; ensure expectations, blockers, and ETAs are clear.
* Present weekly performance decks highlighting growth in active users, clicks, revenue, and next-step experiments.
* Capture feedback and turn it into backlog items or optimization ideas.

Project Prioritization & Growth

* Own JIRA boards with the CEO; prioritize to maximize ROI.
* Run mini-experiments (subject-line tests, new segment roll-outs) and measure lift.
* Prospect & scope new customers fitting our profile (10 MM+ emails/month).

Traits & Skills We Value

* 2–4 yrs CRM/Marketing Automation, 1 yr+ as primary Mautic owner.
* SQL proficiency on Amazon Athena (window functions, partitions, cost control). Linux CLI skills: cron, log grep, bash scripting.
* Customer-facing clarity – explain DNS vs DKIM to marketers, roadmap trade-offs to execs.
* Project management skills – attention to detail, tidy kanban, "definition of done" mindset.
* Kaizen & Frugality – iterate fast, ship value with lean resources.
* Mastery of AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot) for rapid drafts & queries.

Bonus Skills

* Experience with Optimove, Bird.Com, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable.
* Alignment with Amazon Leadership Principles.

Success in 30/60/90 Days

* 30 days: Configure new sending domain, DNS, warm-up plan, SES credentials, Mautic settings, document checklist, coordinate with client & DevOps.
* 60 days: Lead Customer Success for one client: 4 weeks of growth, weekly syncs, proactive issue resolution.
* 90 days: Manage 3 clients end-to-end with minimal CEO intervention; source & scope a new customer.
