For our team in Spain, we are currently looking for a Graduate / Junior Talent (Entry Level).
Responsibilities:
* Support daily activities across one or more business areas such as Civil Engineering, Pre-Sales, Project Management, or Sales Support
* Assist senior team members in preparing documents, reports, technical materials or customer-related information
* Contribute to the coordination of internal and external communication for ongoing projects
* Participate in the development and implementation of team plans and operational processes
* Assist in data analysis, market research, competitor benchmarking and preparation of presentations
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to ensure smooth workflow and on-time task delivery
* Support the organization of meetings, customer visits, or technical reviews as required
* Help maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reporting tools under the guidance of team leaders
* Stay updated with industry knowledge, technical advances and market trends in the solar sector
* Represent the company in university events, job fairs or early-career programs, when needed
Requirements:
* Recent graduate (0–3 years of experience) in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering or any related field
* Strong interest in solar energy, technology, and global business
* Fast learner with strong analytical and communication skills
* Proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic environment
* Team player with strong interpersonal abilities and cross-cultural communication skills
* Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under guidance
* Eligible to work in Spain
Languages
* Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken) – required
* Other languages such as Chinese are a strong plus
