We are seeking a Junior Sales professional with an analytical mindset, passion for technology, and motivation to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To optimize lead qualification and sales funnel management using automation, data analysis, and scalable enablement practices. The role focuses on uncovering value in long-tail opportunities and accelerating internal sales processes for better prospecting, outreach, and workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct sales funnel analysis, opportunity review, and close long-tail opportunities.
2. Manage the client relationship lifecycle for long-tail opportunities from initial contact to deal closure.
3. Review CRM and sales funnel periodically to identify neglected opportunities.
4. Utilize automation tools (e.g., AI workflows, RPA bots) to classify and qualify opportunities efficiently.
5. Flag viable leads to Account Managers with actionable insights.
6. Handle and close mid- and small-size opportunities, especially those outside the scope of Account Managers, with minimal follow-up once e-commerce tools are in place.
7. Analyze NaviLens’ database of contacts and interested organizations, categorizing contacts by potential type.
8. Design tailored outreach strategies for each segment, including automated email sequences and engagement scoring.
9. Assist sales team with document creation, proposal templates, and gathering competitive intelligence.
10. Share tools, templates, and automation strategies to enhance team productivity.
11. Maintain a knowledge base of sales best practices and automation strategies.
12. Identify tasks suitable for automation, prototype new tools, and support process improvements to increase funnel conversion, especially in early stages.
REQUIREMENTS
* Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience: 1–2 years in sales support, business development, CRM operations, or marketing automation.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills, process-oriented, eager to explore AI and automation, excellent communication and organization skills, fluency in Spanish and English.
