In this role you will shape and scale learning ecosystems that build AI fluency and future-ready skills across Edwards Lifesciences. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design high-impact leadership development and enterprise learning programs aligned with strategic priorities. You’ll translate VOC and industry trends into practical, ethical upskilling solutions and measure impact with data-driven insights. This position offers the chance to lead transformative, enterprise-wide learning initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment. Your work helps leaders grow capability, foster collaboration, and drive patient-centered outcomes.

• Plan, design, and deliver leadership development programs aligned with business priorities
• Own end-to-end learning project delivery from needs analysis to evaluation
• Facilitate leadership workshops and contribute to enterprise programs
• Define and lead the enterprise AI learning strategy and readiness initiatives
• Design scalable learning journeys integrating AI fundamentals, use cases, and ethical principles
• Advise on a modern learning ecosystem leveraging AI-enabled platforms
• Drive awareness, adoption, and engagement through communication strategies
• Serve as an internal expert on AI learning practices and technology landscapes
• Utilize data and KPIs to guide priorities and demonstrate impact
• Contribute to annual L&D portfolio and collaborate across HR, IT, and business partners
• Advise senior leaders on AI readiness, change enablement, and capability implications
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, xpzdshu HR, or related areas
• Experience in scaling AI learning, workforce transformation, or similar initiatives
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration skills
• Experience with enterprise learning programs and HR technologies
