Job Description:
Support Engineer Spain - Out of Hours (night shift) - Midday - 1am. Home based role.
My client is a prominent US Pre-IPO SaaS Cybersecurity vendor, recognized for a disruptive solution and highly ranked by Gartner and Forester. They recently achieved unicorn status and are approaching an IPO in the coming years. They have experienced significant growth, doubling in size over the last two years, and have posted their best results over the last three quarters.
I have personally placed over 30 candidates with them and have a good understanding of their business.
Role:
Seeking a senior support engineer due to expansion.
Requirements:
* Experience supporting an international customer base.
* Extensive experience diagnosing and resolving complex customer issues.
* Commitment to proper and complete use of ticketing systems.
* Good understanding of current security technologies and risks.
* Excellent understanding of TCP/IP network protocols, including packet capture analysis.
* Basic understanding of SQL and non-SQL databases.
* Ability to work as part of a geographically dispersed global support team.
* Initiative to resolve issues proactively.
* Willingness to do what is required to resolve customer issues in a future-proof manner.
