Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with strong experience in managing complex IT projects within demanding international environments particularly with French clients. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong delivery quality and continuous improvement mindset and is able to build trust while managing projects remotely.
Mission
Ensure the successful execution of IT projects by delivering reliable predictable and high-quality outcomes while building long-term client relationships based on transparency rigor and trust fully aligned with French market standards.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management: planning control and monitoring of project resources timelines and deliverables.
- Definition monitoring and follow-up of KPIs budgets invoicing and forecasts.
- Quality assurance and leadership of continuous improvement processes.
- Effective coordination of all departments and stakeholders involved in each project.
- Operational project management and direct client relationship including high-level negotiations in French.
- Definition and formalization of business requirements.
- Leadership development and mentoring of project teams ensuring maximum value for Members Clients and Stakeholders.
Experience & Skills
- More than 8 years of experience in IT project management within international and multicultural environments.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with high delivery and quality standards.
- High level of French with real ability to negotiate at executive level with French clients.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (international experience is a plus).
- Strong ability to lead remote teams in a structured reassuring and results-oriented manner.
- Clear thoughtful and precise communication skills with a strong focus on building trust.
- Excellent understanding of and adaptability to French professional culture particularly regarding rigor quality governance and commitment compliance.
