Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer with strong hands-on coding experience and light team or vendor leadership exposure. This role is responsible for building, launching, and maintaining two core web platforms: 1) a new vehicle brand website, and 2) the Kngloo digital platform. This is a builder-first role. You are expected to write production code yourself, take technical ownership, and oversee external developers or agencies when required. This is not a pure management role. Key Responsibilities Hands-On Development – Design, develop, and deploy modern, production-ready web applications – Build and maintain frontend and backend components – Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code – Manage deployments, hosting, and basic DevOps workflows – Own post-launch maintenance, performance optimization, and bug fixing Technical Ownership & Coordination – Own the technical architecture and overall codebase – Make pragmatic technology and stack decisions – Review and approve code from external contractors or agencies – Coordinate with third-party developers when additional capacity is required – Maintain documentation, coding standards, and best practices Collaboration – Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical execution – Provide technical guidance when working with designers, vendors, or contractors Requirements Must-Have – 6 years of professional web development experience – Strong hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer – Proven experience building and launching websites end-to-end – Experience owning projects with minimal supervision – Some exposure to leading or coordinating developers (internal or external) – Solid working proficiency in English (spoken and written) – Ability to work on-site in Sant Boi de Llobregat, Barcelona Technical Skills (stack flexible) – Modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) – Backend development (Node.js, Python, PHP, or equivalent) – APIs, databases, authentication, and integrations – CMS or headless CMS experience – Deployment, hosting, and basic infrastructure management Nice to Have – Experience with e-commerce or digital platforms – Exposure to payment systems or third-party integrations – Startup or scale-up experience Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa Sueldo: 40.000,00€-60.000,00€ al año Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
