The Role
They are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to take ownership of their BI tool and help foster a data-driven culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as one of the primary owners of Looker (or equivalent BI platform)
Collaborate with Data Analysts to build and maintain dashboards
Work closely with Data Engineers to organise data effectively for analytics
Enable stakeholders across the business to self-serve and make data-driven decisions
Create and maintain Looker dashboards, explores, and data models
Gather business requirements and bridge communication between data and business teams
Manage BI user access, folder structure, and permissions
Define best practices and governance standards for BI usage
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, Data Visualisation Specialist, or similar
Strong SQL skills with experience optimising queries
Hands-on experience with Looker (or similar tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView)
Experience in data modelling and familiarity with dbt
Excellent communication skills in English
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment

Working Model:
The company follows a hybrid, in-person-first model, with teams collaborating in-office several days per week. As such, candidates should be based within commuting distance of their Barcelona office.
