In this role you drive the development and engagement of rising stars and emerging KOLs in transcatheter interventions, linking Medical Affairs with Professional Education. You design and lead tailored educational pathways to accelerate scientific and procedural growth, while collaborating across countries to shape the future of interventional cardiology. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, track progress, and organize events that connect healthcare professionals with innovative training. You play a pivotal role in building sustainable expert pipelines and advancing patient care through evidence-based practice.

• Design and lead development pathways to accelerate scientific, procedural, and professional growth
• Act as a strategic connector across countries and functions to map development opportunities with Edwards
• Identify future proctors and build sustainable expert pipelines
• Shape the future of interventional cardiology via structured engagement and feedback-driven programs
• Lead dedicated events and track activities with country-specific progress reports
• Refine NextGen strategy, segmentation, and scoring in collaboration with the xpzdshu Director
• Create a NextGen working group for ideation on health care, technology, research, and training
Responsabilidades
• University degree with professional experience in Interventional Cardiology, including knowledge of transcatheter procedures such as TAVI
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 60%
