 
        
        We are looking for an HR Specialist within our HR Operations Team in Asturias.
This role involves managing key HR processes for the Netherlands/Belgium and EMEA, while collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of HR experience, strong administrative skills, and fluency in Hungarian and English. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities is essential.
Responsibilities:
 * Provide primary support for Hungary and EMEA employees regarding general HR questions
 * Coordinate onboarding paperwork, employee agreements and data entry process for new employees, including applicable benefits enrollment.
 * Coordinate employee exit process including processing resignations, terminating benefits and supporting the full offboarding life cycle.
 * Own several HR processes for Hungary and EMEA such as Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement.
 * Keep contact with other departments and stakeholders (e.g. Payroll, Legal, Compensation etc...).
 * Handle employee requests through HR ticket system.
 * Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required
What we are looking for?
 * Fluent English and Native or Proficient in Dutch.
 * 2-4 years' experience in HR or related fields.
 * Experience in HR Shared Service environment preferred.
 * MS Office required.
