We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a leading European Quantum AI organization and help deliver cutting-edge AI and LLM solutions that tackle real-world challenges. You'll work alongside world-class experts in a collaborative, ethics-driven environment that values sustainability, diversity, and innovation.
What you'll do:
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and ML practitioners to deliver impactful AI and LLM solutions for top-tier industry clients.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical plans and roadmaps for ML and LLM initiatives.
- Oversee project progress, resource allocation, and milestone achievement, making data-driven adjustments and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate solution design discussions and ensure technical feasibility of ML/LLM approaches.
- Proactively resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and champion best engineering practices for scalable AI systems.
- Track project KPIs and provide transparent updates on status, risks, and deliverables to leadership and clients.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.

What we're looking for:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years delivering ML or data-driven software projects in industry
- 2+ years managing end-to-end engineering projects; experience with LLMs/NLP a strong plus
- Hands-on familiarity with Python, Git, Docker, and comfortable discussing technical tradeoffs
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Working proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
