What will you do:
* To always perform as per LPM steps and standards of service, ensuring to explain the LPM concept to all guests.
* To have an extensive knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages), allowing to attend to every guest's needs and questions.
* To propose signature dishes and maintain your tables clean.
* To provide the best guest experience to all, according to LPM standards, while interacting with them and showing your personality.
* To handle all guest complaints in a positive and friendly manner and to report to your supervisor if escalated.
What you need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in hospitality/F&B industry (min 2 years)
* Previous experience in a similar position (min 2 years)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
* English – fluent oral and written
* Attention to details, speed, and accuracy
