In this role you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies for financial and insurance services, identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities with ecosystem partners and clients. You will create and manage financial models to support pricing, profitability, and investment decisions, while overseeing underwriting and investment processes between third-party investors and customers. Additionally, you will design risk management frameworks for BESS projects, develop insurance products to mitigate financial risks, and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide insights to senior management.

Reporting to Advisory Services Product Line Manager
You will be mainly accountable for:
•Developing and executing a comprehensive offering strategy for ‘as-a-service’ financial and insurance services
•To identify business/funding opportunities across ecosystem partners and clients while developing a business case for executing such opportunities
•Create and maintain detailed financial models to support product pricing, profitability analysis, and investment decisions
Defining and managing underwriting and investment process between third party investors and customers
•Designing and implementing risk management frameworks tailored to BESS projects.
•Developing insurance products and partnerships to mitigate financial risks and enhance customer value.
•Staying informed of global and local industry developments, energy markets, competitive positioning, and regulatory and legislative policies
•Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on offering performance, regulatory changes and Industry trends
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in product management, financial modeling, project financing, and insurance within the renewable energy sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends and high proficiency in financial modelling.
Thorough understanding of the energy and power distribution customer needs and segments as well as electrical products, electricity energy economics, energy markets, applications, and processes.
Ability to independently propose project scope and negotiate partnerships and close deals with customers.
Significant customer focus, energy and drive to achieve and secure profitable deals.
Good knowledge in contract and risk management and understand and use sales processes and related tools as well as the ability to accurately estimate costs of service offerings.
Global mind-set, intercultural sensitivity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
