Job Description
What you’ll do
1. Assist in supervising the overall operation of the housekeeping department as part of the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona, under the guidance of the Housekeeping Manager.
2. Ensure all service standards and sequences are maintained.
3. Collaborate daily with housekeeping partners.
4. Maintain close communication with the Front Office and Engineering teams.
5. Address guest issues promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
6. Check cleanliness and repair of public areas, guest rooms, linens, and equipment; identify areas for improvement.
7. Support in handling guest complaints, special requests, and VIP needs to ensure complete satisfaction.
8. Promote teamwork and quality service through regular communication with other departments.
9. Assist with deep cleaning projects and support housekeeping staff during busy periods.
10. Perform housekeeping duties such as making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning guest suites to ensure satisfaction.
