This Hybrid role is specifically tailored for individuals who can expertly navigate the complexities of the Dutch market. Key Responsibilities
As a trusted advisor, your role will focus on developing and growing a portfolio of new clients and executing core sales and marketing strategies:
* Client Onboarding & PPC Campaign Development: Serve as the primary contact to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisement.
* Sales & Service Promotion: Make outbound customer calls to actively promote and sell services.
* Needs Assessment & Solutioning: Detect and understand customer's objectives to offer adapted, results-driven solutions.
* Strategic Campaign Setup: Set up campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.
* Revenue Growth: Be responsible for increasing client spend and achieving campaign upselling targets.
* CRM Management: Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive customer database.
* Volume Management: Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics ($KPIs$). Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients for continuous optimization.
* Market Feedback Loop: Gather and synthesize market intelligence and customer feedback regarding product features and regional needs to inform internal strategies.
* Content & Strategy Guidance: Advise clients on integrating Google Ads with their broader digital marketing funnel, including landing page optimization and audience targeting refinement.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
* Education/Experience: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent work experience.
* Language Skills: C1-C2 level of Dutch (native-level fluency).
* Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage CRM systems, and integrate AI tools into workflows to personalize outreach.
* Soft Skills: Persuasive communication, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
