Senior Generative AI Designer / Artist
to join our Marketing team Flamed in Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis.

We are the in-house creative agency Flamed, an International multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games' marketing needs worldwide.
What You Will Do This role requires someone comfortable working at a fast production pace, combining AI-assisted workflows, strong layout skills, polished image execution, and medium-level video editing capabilities.
You will join our Arts & Animation Pod in Barcelona to create high-quality creative assets for some of the top mobile games in the world, including UA ads, ASO/store assets, social media content, key visuals, video templates, storyboards, and performance-driven iterations.
Produce high-quality static and video marketing assets from briefs, benchmarks, and creative direction.
Create polished graphic layouts, templates, key visuals, store assets, SoMe posts, and UA creatives.
Develop video templates, key frames, simple edits, storyboards, and performance variations for short-form marketing content.
Use AI tools as part of the creative process, refining outputs through prompt iteration, compositing, paintovers, retouching, and final polish.
Work mainly with Photoshop, and use Premiere and After Effects for editing, timing, keyframes, and template adaptation.
Collaborate with the Lead Artist, Art Director, and wider creative teams to ensure assets align with brand guidelines, art direction, storytelling, and production standards.
Participate in brainstorms and creative exploration, including occasional support on video hooks and new visual concepts.
Deliver fast, high-quality iterations based on feedback, KPIs, and creative performance data.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in marketing art, production art, visual design, or creative asset production, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or mobile-first content.
Familiarity with AI art pipelines, prompt writing, and image refinement tools.
Strong portfolio showing both static and video work, ideally from brief, sketch, storyboard, or concept through to final execution.
Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills, especially in layout, compositing, retouching, and final image polish.
Medium-level skills in Premiere and After Effects for editing, adapting templates, timing, keyframes, and producing polished marketing videos.
Strong graphic design fundamentals: layout, typography, composition, color, hierarchy, lighting, and visual balance.
Good understanding of UA, ASO, and social media creative formats.
Strong design taste, attention to craft, and ability to deliver polished assets under fast-paced timelines.
Ability to create sketches, storyboards, key frames, and rough layouts to develop ideas before final production.
Good understanding of art direction and visual storytelling.
Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Comfortable collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience with 3D tools.
Experience with Unity or game engine captures.
Fast sketching skills for ideation and storyboarding.
Experience creating hooks for short-form UA videos.
Experience with production tracking and collaborative project tools.
