We are a multidisciplinary team with a strong service mindset, fostering close collaboration both internally and with our clients.We are involved in engineering and consulting projects worldwide and currently have offices in Spain, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Mexico, and Brazil.We are looking for two Senior Contracts Manager profiles (one with experience in Substations and the other in Data Center construction) for a client based in Madrid. The role will be performed remotely, with occasional travel to the project site/client's office.General ResponsibilitiesAct as the client's representative on data center projects and associated infrastructure worksManage sourcing, procurement, and contract administration at project levelCoordinate supply chain activities across all project phases: planning, execution, close-outReport on contract status, risks, and issuesAttend and support regular project and coordination meetingsSupport supply chain planning and strategy development by categoryCollaborate with legal teamsProcurement ManagementProvide procurement support to project delivery teamsRFI managementManage approvals and contract executionContract ManagementParticipate in change management processes (change orders)Manage claims and contract close-outEnsure proper contract execution and complianceManage the full Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processSupport final account and contract closure activities

Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management or a related fieldSpanish and Fluent EnglishSenior Contracts Manager: 15+ years of experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, or similar roles within the construction industryContracts Manager: 10+ years of experience in equivalent areasLarge-scale construction programs and projects
