The IAM Security Architect (m/f/d) is responsible for designing the overall IAM strategy, defining security frameworks, and ensuring IAM solutions align with business and security objectives. They work with engineering teams, IT teams, and compliance teams to create a secure identity and access management architecture.
LOCATION: Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city, where we are currently setting up a new office location. Until the office is fully set‐up within the next few months, you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home‐office and continue with a hybrid working model afterwards. This position is not a fully remote position, and an onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready.

Design and implement secure IAM architectures (e.g. SSO, MFA, PAM, CIAM, B2B) aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements
Develop Zero Trust Frameworks and IAM Governance Models for Cloud, On‐Prem and Hybrid Environments
Define, implement and ensure IAM compliance with relevant regulations, frameworks and standards (such as ISO, NIST, GDPR)
Conduct IAM risk assessment and drive security improvements across the organization
Lead security architecture assessment, discussions and initiatives
Adopt and promote a security‐by‐design approach with the different stakeholders
Foresight technological development and anticipate impact on IAM
Actively contribute to the corporate information security architecture community, sharing insights and best practices
Collaborate and work closely with IT, DevOps and IS teams
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years in cybersecurity, preferably as IAM Security Architect
Following certificates are preferred: CISSP, SABSA and Cloud Certificates
English is a must; German and French are a plus
Knowledge of security frameworks and standards
Expertise in related protocols (e.g. SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP, Radius, ...)
Good understanding of access control frameworks
Deep understanding of security architectures and frameworks (e.g. Zero Trust)
Hands‐on experience with IAM platforms
