Mission
Empowering students to become inquirers, critical thinkers, and lifelong learners through the exploration of physical principles, the understanding of natural laws, the analysis of the universe's behavior, and the development of problem‑solving and communication skills rooted in scientific inquiry.
Functions
* Attend department meetings and participate in collaborative planning sessions.
* Develop and implement teaching plans for the subject and other areas within the department.
* Take part in standardising assessment tasks.
* Contribute to curriculum research and improvement.
* Stay updated on the IB programme guides taught.
Requirements
* Degree in Physics, Physical Sciences, or a closely related field
* Master in Education
* Teaching experience, preferably in IB programmes (MYP and/or Diploma) in Physics
* Native speaker level of English
* Speaking Spanish and Catalan will be valued
We Offer
* Full‑time contract: Monday to Thursday 9:30 – 17:10 h & Friday 9:00‑17:00 h
* Substitution contract
* Salary according to the private schools agreement
