What will you do in the project?We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst - 24x7. To excel in this role, you should be able to:
Implement access to IT solutions based on defined specifications and integrate new IAM services.Have advanced knowledge of Linux/Windows, Control M, SQL, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Apache Directory.Resolve incidents efficiently.Follow ITIL practices, utilize ServiceNow, and write knowledge base articles.Be autonomous and rigorous.Have a global understanding of SI and IAM.Shift details:
24x7 rotating shifts:
7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am.Training hours:
10am-6pm with lunch break.No on-calls.Remote work with rotating shifts.Languages:
English and Spanish
