Your new role
As Brand Manager, you will be accountable for the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand plans to achieve business objectives at national level. You will lead brand performance by translating insights into strong plans and ensuring excellent cross‑functional execution.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Driving brand strategy aligned with business objectives, based on market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights.
2. Developing and executing integrated brand plans, including messaging, promotional materials and omnichannel tactics across digital and face‑to‑face channels.
3. Ensuring strong cross‑functional collaboration with sales, business intelligence, medical, legal and other key stakeholders to deliver flawless execution.
4. Managing the marketing budget for the assigned brand, optimising resource allocation and maximising return on investment.
5. Monitoring market performance and adapting plans in response to changing market, customer and competitive dynamics.

Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you are expected to bring both strategic mindset and executional excellence. We expect you to have:
6. A university degree Life Science, business, Marketing or related field
7. At least 3 years of experience as Brand Manager / Product Manager / Marketing within the pharmaceutical sector.
8. Proven experience in product marketing, with exposure to product launches and omnichannel marketing.
9. Experience in the diabetes therapeutic area is an advantage.
10. Strong ability to influence stakeholders, work cross‑functionally and communicate with impact.
11. Fluency in both Spanish and English.
