You will focus especially on our subsidiary in Tunisia to provide excellent internal service. Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration and configuration of networks and resolving incidents or unexpected events.

Your role highlights - your responsibilities
* Perform preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance tasks of the Cloud / On-Premise infrastructure of servers, communications, and security.
* Manage advanced administration of Servers and services, MS AD, O365, AZURE AD, GPOs, resource access, and security.
* Conduct Exchange Server Online administration tasks.
* Configure and operate perimeter security elements in HA, especially CISCO / PaloAlto at the group level, focusing on Tunisia.
* Administer, configure, and operate networks (ACL, Routing, STP, OSPF, VLAN) under CISCO infrastructure.
* Manage storage systems SAN, NAS (hybrid cloud, physical).
* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for workstation, server, and mobile terminal security.
* Scale and track incidents to N3 support partners.
* Support, maintain, and implement projects.

Requirements
* Higher studies in engineering or computer science.
* Fluent in French and English, with full working proficiency in both.
* Approximately 5 years of experience in a Systems Administration role.
* Advanced experience with:
o Monitoring tools (ZABBIX, NAGIOS, etc.)
o Virtualization with VMware vSphere
o Azure Cloud infrastructure management
o Windows Server Active Directory, O365, GPOs, WSUS, security groups
o Exchange Server Online
o MS Intune
o Backup solutions like Veeam
o Perimeter security tools (Cisco / PaloAlto)
o Networking (ACL, Routing, STP, OSPF, VLAN)
o Palo Alto CORTEX XDR
o Security management with Sophos Central
o Windows scripting and PowerShell
