Responsible for:
· Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform, applications and flows.
· Ability to design process flows.
· Understanding of the integrating applications and application-specific knowledge.
· Understanding of Industry best practices and processes.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance
· Assists with technical story writing
· Design elegant and simple solutions that make the world of work better for your stakeholders.
· Mastering the art of presenting technical architecture solutions to project teams
· Lead and guide a team of junior staff members.
· Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions.
· Review project documents for quality assurance
· Interact and consult with clients.
· Lead team in project design and documentation from start to finish.
· Compile requirements for Thirdera and solutions to offer to our customers.
· Provide top level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients.
· Collaborates with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to set technical direction for the delivery of solutions.
· Provides input to the design of ServiceNow as a recognized Architect or Design Authority
· Supports implementation programs for complex enterprise scale solutions.
· Provides input to and/or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events.
· Brings thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients.
· Create technology related artifacts that our service delivery team utilize as a client deliverable. Establishes and enforces systems design and architectural standards, establishes maintains best practices and drive the principles throughout the systems delivery lifecycle.
· Supports pre-sales activities including scoping, compilation of estimates and generation of statement of work documents.
· Key contributor to marketing activities including webinars, social media posts, blogs and white papers. xpzdshu
