We’re supporting a large-scale pay transparency and compensation transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment and are looking for a senior Oracle HCM specialist with deep expertise in Oracle Compensation.
This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll take ownership of configuration, implementation, and handover within a critical HR transformation initiative.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Compensation
* Setting up workforce compensation models aligned to business requirements
* Preparing and executing data migration and loading activities
* Supporting UAT, troubleshooting issues, and stabilising the solution
* Advising on best-practice configuration while avoiding unnecessary customisation
* Producing clear documentation and handing over to internal teams
What we’re looking for
* Senior-level Oracle HCM specialist with strong focus on Compensation
* 6+ years’ experience across Oracle HCM Core & Compensation
* At least 2 end-to-end Oracle Compensation implementations completed
* Experience in European enterprise environments strongly preferred
* Comfortable working independently and guiding stakeholders on solution design
