More /es and are looking for an Inventory and Spare Parts Management Specialist to join our teams and work with a client in the technology/telecommunications sector.

What will your responsibilities be?
* Manage spare parts inventory including part numbers, descriptions, models, and serial numbers.
* Classify spare parts by type: critical, consumable, strategic.
* Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and ensure availability.
* Ensure real-time visibility of warehouse stock.
* Manage stock movements including inbound operations (purchases, returns, transfers) and outbound operations (installation, replacement, disposal).
* Oversee transfers between warehouses with proper logging of responsible personnel and timestamps.
* Integrate with OSS/BSS systems and Huawei network management modules.
* Maintain and operate a centralized database with web-based multi-user access.
* Enable integration with external systems (ERP, logistics) through APIs.
* Manage user roles, permissions, and security controls following RBAC principles.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit logs, and change tracking.
* Generate reports and KPIs such as stock levels, replenishment time, spare parts usage rate, inventory cost, and critical/most-used components.
* Apply best practices such as safety stock maintenance, ABC classification, automated alerts, and periodic audits.
What profile are we looking for?
* Academic background in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Logistics, or similar.
* Experience in technical inventory or spare parts management.
* Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems, APIs, multi-user web platforms, and centralized data models.
* Familiarity with Huawei network management environments.
* Understanding of RBAC security models and internal compliance procedures.
* Ability to produce analytical reports and KPIs.
* High level of English and Chinese.
Valuable
* Experience in the telecommunications industry.
* Knowledge of ABC analysis, safety stock management, and audit processes.
* Experience working with ERPs or logistics platforms.
