Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager develops and manages regional tour manager teams to deliver an excellent on-tour experience. This includes recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to achieve Collette brand standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Hiring and Recruitment: Develop an annual hiring strategy to source top candidates and support business growth.
* Training and Team Development: Evolve training strategies through various models and on-road coaching. Conduct tour prep and briefing for new and existing tour managers.
* Performance Management: Manage team members to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback. Identify training opportunities and resources.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the regional team to enhance tours and marketing content.
* Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers on the road, product enhancements, and emergency services protocols.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required.
