* Ideate, define, execute and own the wallet of Customers and distributors in Spain South Market in conjunction with Head of Sales and cooperation with other Sales colleagues.
* Sales Steering and increase the performance in coordination with adjacent teams / Departments
* Increase and deep share of wallet of market distributors accordingly with the objectives of each year.
* His/her core responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, to ensure the successful acquisition and execution of deals during the whole process from offer to cash.
* Inputting Leads and Deals into CRM Systems.
* Preparation of complete offers to be presented to customers regarding the current PERI tools, with a reliable list price, in the form of an article list and applications.
* Preparation of frame agreements contracts to be presented to distributors and maintenance of the account with sales and technical support of DUO System.
* Monitoring and maintaining Offer Pipeline, ensuring reliable forecast.
* Develop value arguments of the DUO system and carry out demonstrations on site (assembly, handling, productivity, logistics).
* Detect opportunities to expand sales in existing projects (upselling and cross‑selling).
* DUO product‑specific responsibilities.
* Ensure that distributors have the necessary training to promote and sell the product.

* Experience and Technical Skills for formwork consulting.
* Previous experience in sales, preferably in the formwork, scaffolding, prefabricated or construction equipment sector.
* Have a deep understanding of market, client needs, and projects status, identifying high-value opportunities.
* Previous Sales experience, preferably within the construction market.
* Preferable share of wallet in Spanish Distributors market (South Spain focus).
* Understand the behavior of a light formwork system.
