Job SummaryHelp compliance department in Barcelona Headquarters to apply certain compliance controls and to keep relevant compliance books and records.
Key AccountabilitiesMonitor Commercial relationships with business partners, from the on-boarding process (due diligence) to the signature of the contract.Develop and implement Compliance monitoring plan for Werfen Business Partners.Assesses new higher risk business partners and ascertains the level of risk.Participate in compliance trainings.
Networking/Key relationshipsEffective communications and relationships with any department, specially, sales, marketing and finance department.
Minimum Knowledge:Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or Lifescience-related field.Master or Postgraduate in Law, Compliance or Audit desirable.Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Skills & Capabilities:The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following skills and competencies:Forensic AnalysisExcellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.Ability to work with Due Diligences and screening platformsThink and act independently.Firm but fair analyzing Healthcare Compliance issues receivedPrepare comprehensive reports and correspondence.Comfortable conducting live trainings.Analyze situations, identify problems, and recommend solutions.Used to work using different software platforms.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
