ACCOUNTING & REPORTING BILLING PROCESS
The job position is in the Port of Barcelona, at "Barcelona Europe South Terminal"
Reporting to the Deputy Finance Director, the person will play a role in the billing department with daily and monthly accounting process, and the reporting to Billing responsible.
We are looking for a detail-oriented team player, as a preference of five or more years of professional accounting experience, eager to gain experience in a worldwide Company, with Spanish as mother tongue and command in English (Proficiency level) with experience in Billing process, recommended used of nBis Oracle suit.
Responsibilities/ functions
· Participation in daily billing process and monthly accounting closing (modules closing, provisions management, balance)
· Monthly reporting to Finance in Oracle Database
· Monthly variances analysis
· Monthly tax management and presentation
· Preparation of financial reports / Management information
· Other collaborative tasks in the Finance Department
Requisitos
· 5 years' experience desirable in multinational work environment
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
· Advanced knowledge of Excel and Office in general
· Used to working with ERPs (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
· Experience in Billing and Closing / Accounting / Reporting tasks
· Spanish as mother tongue and command in English
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Own vehicle to facilitate access to the workplace
Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Fridays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
