ABOUT THE ALIRA HEALTH CONSULTING TEAM
Alira Health Consulting Division is an integrated team of approximately two hundred consultants specializing in healthcare, capable of leading, managing, and executing a broad range of assignments, from Local and Global Market Access and Pricing to Brand Strategy and New Product Differentiation, for Pharma, Diagnostics, MedTech, and Digital Health Solutions (DHS) clients. Within this division, about 30 professionals focus on Brand Strategy and New Product Planning for pharmaceutical companies. We are seeking a Europe-based Partner to expand our practice into additional European markets.
Examples of assignments by this team include :
* New Product Planning : Differentiating therapies in early development, informing stage gate decisions, understanding pipeline insights, and conducting business assessments.
* Brand Strategy and Analytics : Creating long-term brand plans, responding to market changes, segment analytics, and forecasting ROI.
* Medical Affairs : Providing medical strategy, evidence plans, patient engagement strategies, and enhancing scientific communications.
THE PARTNER ROLE
The Partner leads the practice, leveraging expertise, network, and leadership skills. They contribute to corporate growth by assessing market needs, proposing, and implementing new offerings within and beyond the practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Business Development : Build and maintain relationships with senior pharma executives, define initiatives, leverage networks, and act as a brand ambassador.
* Thought Leadership : Provide intellectual leadership, represent the practice in cross-team projects, and develop talent within the team.
* Project Execution : Drive project success, ensure quality and client satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* 10+ years in strategy consulting or industry, with a focus on pharmaceutical clients.
* Proven revenue generation with top pharma clients.
* Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Engineering; PhD / MD / PharmD preferred for Medical Affairs roles.
* Expertise in oncology, hematology, or immunology.
* International management experience and senior-level engagement.
TECHNICAL & SOFT SKILLS
* Passion for healthcare challenges, influence, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Effective prioritization, entrepreneurial mindset, relationship-building, analytical thinking, leadership, and people management skills.
