As Digital Projects Specialist (Spain), you will lead the implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of digital initiatives in Spain, with a strong focus on Cemex Go. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations and P⁢ to ensure digital projects are successfully deployed, adopted and sustained. You will also support day-to-day activities related to the Cemex Go platform to improve customer and employee experience and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of digital projects in the country in cooperation with other departments.
* Assist in defining and implementing the strategy for Cemex Go training for the commercial team.
* Provide continuous support for the Cemex Go OLS platform.
* Support L0 Support on resolving issues and incidents related to the platform if needed.
* Escalate business-critical incidents if needed.
* Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
* Track and report activities related to adoption, user involvement, and platform performance.
* Provide regular updates to the management on project progress and adoption.
* Collaborate with various departments, including operations, logistics, P⁢, and customer service, to ensure successful project implementation.
* Share best practices and support team members within the team.
* Support the commercial team in defining and implementing the digital strategy.
Academic Background
* Bachelor's degree (preferred) in relevant fields Engineering, Business, Systems and Telecommunications.
* Master's degree is a plus.
Languages
* Spanish: Native
* English: B2
Experience
* 2+ years of experience in Customer Experience / Digital Commerce / Project Management.
* Experience in training strategy for digital training.
Skills & Knowledge
* Good knowledge of CEMEX Go tools and their connections to other systems.
* Data analysis, data reporting.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
