The Role
We are looking for a Creative Designer (Graphic & Motion) to join our in-house Design Team, which is part of the Marketing Team. This is a mid level role for someone who already has some experience and a solid technical understanding of design and motion tools.
You will work on graphic design, illustration, animation, and video editing projects that are highly visible across Europe. This is a role where you can truly make a difference through design, helping shape the look, feel, and energy of the Cooltra brand.
You will work in a hybrid model from our Barceloneta office with beautiful sea views, collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders.

What You'll Do
- Create graphic design, illustrations, animations, and video content for:
- Social media (organic & paid)
- Retention and acquisition campaigns
- Other departments within the company
- Edit and animate videos that are dynamic, modern, and on-brand
- Develop creative concepts together with the design and marketing teams
- Clearly communicate and explain your ideas to the team and stakeholders
- Translate ideas into strong visual storytelling
- Adapt designs for different countries while respecting brand guidelines
- Prepare, export, and deliver assets correctly for multiple platforms
What You Bring
- +3 years experience as a Creative, Graphic, Motion, or Multimedia Designer
- Strong focus on graphic design, animation, and video editing
- A young, fresh, and creative xqysrnh mindset (age is not important)
- Ability to be creative while staying within brand guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent technical knowledge of:
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- You understand workflows, formats, and exports for digital channels
- A true team player
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Figma
- Experience with 3D software
- Video recording for social media
Languages
- Spanish: fluent
- English: basic / good working level
