Workplace Commercial Manager

What You Do
- Managing and coordinating financial processes like pricing, planning, forecasting and charging
- Controlling actuals vs. plan figures, analyzing deviations and their drivers, and recommending & executing measures to ensure plan achievement
- Ensuring quality control over financial reporting and service‑related transactions—including billing accuracy of both service provider costs and Allianz Technology invoices toward operating entities, and supporting procurement and ordering processes
What You Bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
- Minimum 3 years experience in controlling or other commercial area (procurement, finance, pricing)
- High flexibility, quick perception, team skills, reliability, resilience and organizational talent
- Self‑starter and self‑motivated personality, disciplined, performance‑driven and passionate about building up transforming businesses
- Vast knowledge of planning and economics, controlling and financial management
- IT knowledge is a plus but not a must
- Fluent (proficient) in spoken and written English
- Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), SAP and ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational, planning and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication skills, problem‑solving ability, teamwork
