Joining the Business Development & Strategy team means becoming part of a strategic function that defines, coordinates and executes the Group's growth plans in Spain, participating in key transformation projects with direct and visible impact on the business.
Your Mission
Drive TeamSystem Spain's strategy and growth from within the Business Development & Strategy area.
You will directly contribute to the company's most strategic initiatives — including market segmentation, acquisitions, integrations, and key product launches — bridging business, data, and operations to drive the transformation toward a segment-oriented model and unlock the full potential of our solution portfolio.
You will play a key coordination role, translating strategy into concrete, measurable action plans.

Business and performance analysis by segment (micro, SME, enterprise)

Collaboration with teams across Spain and Italy
What You Will Do
Drive and coordinate key strategic initiatives, ensuring proper planning, execution and follow-up.
Develop quantitative analyses and dashboards in Excel to monitor KPIs and segment performance, identifying growth levers and improvement areas.
Prepare executive presentations for senior leadership and management committees.
Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects with company-wide impact.
Support strategic M&A processes and integration of newly acquired companies, aligning objectives, plans and reporting with local and corporate teams.
Act as a bridge between finance, sales, product, operations and other key areas.
Ensure data consistency, narrative alignment and clear messaging in meetings with teams in Spain and Italy.
Translate strategy into concrete action plans, defining milestones, owners and success metrics, and tracking progress regularly.
Propose continuous improvements in processes, tools and reporting formats, bringing a structured and results-oriented mindset.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related quantitative/business field.
3+ years of experience in strategy, planning, business development or project management roles.
Previous experience in consulting is a strong plus.
Experience in SaaS, technology or B2B software environments is highly valued.
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel skills (analysis, modeling, reporting, dashboards).
Advanced PowerPoint skills (executive-level presentations).
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with business data and performance metrics.
Languages
Professional level of English (able to work with documentation, presentations and meetings in English).
