At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Clinical Trial Supply Manager (CTSM) to join our global Clinical Supply Chain team in the pharmaceutical sector.
As a key member of the study team, you will act as the single point of contact for all clinical supply logistics, ensuring that investigational products are delivered to clinical sites on time, within budget, and at the required quality standards.
💪 Main responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end clinical supply activities from protocol concept to final product distribution
* Translate clinical protocols into operational and logistics strategies
* Assess feasibility of supply chain requirements and escalate risks
* Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Clinical Teams, GMP operations, depots, and local markets
* Monitor KPIs, timelines, and budgets, ensuring delivery milestones are met
* Manage global depot network and distribution set-up
* Maintain inspection readiness and proper documentation (eTMF/Veeva)
* Act as Subject Matter Expert for supply chain processes
👀 Who are you?
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field
* Proven experience in clinical supply chain, pharma, or clinical operations (at least 1 year)
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of GxP / GMP environment
* Ability to manage complex global studies and multiple stakeholders
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* English fluent is mandatory
