We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Brand, Media & Lead Generation in Barcelona. This role is vital in devising and executing innovative strategies to strengthen brand presence, manage media channels, and generate high-quality leads.
Your Responsibilities :
Lead Generation Strategy and Performance
* Develop and implement strategies to attract potential customers through media, digital, trade marketing, BTL, and partnerships.
* Collaborate with sales and retail teams to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives.
* Manage the budget for lead generation initiatives.
* Evaluate campaign ROI and recommend improvements based on analytics and economic impact simulations.
* Use analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Brand Development and Management :
* Analyze market trends and consumer insights to enhance customer experience through branding initiatives.
* Align global research insights with local commercial strategies.
* Create and execute brand strategies to improve visibility and positioning.
* Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding aligns with business goals.
Media Planning and Execution :
* Manage media budgets and plans.
* Define media strategies following regional guidelines.
* Oversee content and communication in line with corporate branding standards.
* Plan and execute media campaigns, working with agencies and partners.
* Track media performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging media opportunities.
Your Profile :
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
* Proven experience in Brand Management, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, and Media Planning.
* Strong expertise in lead generation and conversion strategies.
* Deep understanding of media channels, KPIs, and marketing attribution models.
* Experience with lead management tools and platforms.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English.
* Proficiency in Office tools; PowerBI is advantageous.
* Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and with cross-functional teams.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a strategic outlook and business acumen.
* Organizational change management capabilities.
