Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a cutting-edge AI portfolio focused on computer vision and digital pathology within Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine R&D. You will partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize use cases, shape the AI roadmap, and drive impactful drug discovery and development projects. You’ll manage and mentor a matrixed team of data scientists, delivering feasibility studies, analyses, and results to senior leaders. - Lead portfolio development of AI and computer vision solutions for drug discovery and digital pathology.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across Therapeutic Areas, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to align opportunities and execution.
- Oversee data scientists and cross-functional project teams from data feasibility to final delivery and presentation to senior leaders.
- Mentor and develop a team focused on microscopy/digital pathology, implementing best practices and fostering collaboration.
- Drive innovation and strategy, shaping a roadmap aligned with the long-term vision of the Computer Vision team.
- Communicate progress, results, capabilities, and opportunities to technical and non-technical stakeholders across J&J IM R&D DSDH.
- Provide technical leadership in AI methods for digital pathology, ensure validation in clinical or preclinical settings, and guide deployment at scale.
- Translate use cases into IP (patents) and publications to position the organization as a leader in AI for digital pathology.
- Build and manage external partnerships with internal and external teams to support business development and innovation initiatives.Responsabilidades
