**Reporting to the Sales Director**, As a **Sales Account Manager**, you will be managing **sales for existing customers and targeting new prospects** for the rubber and polymer business 
- **Manage sales** in the EMEA Region (especially for Germany & Italy) to reach sales, gross profit, account number, penetration targets, and product goals. 
- **Plans weekly sales itinerary** to realize overall sales strategy. 
- Service existing accounts 
- **Resolve any problems** that occur before, during, or after the sale (i.e., credit, supply issues). 
- **Identifie leads** for new accounts. 
- **Monitor competitive situations**. These include pricing, payment terms, shipment terms, and types of materials handled by competitors. 
- **Develop and maintains a professional presence in the** **territory**. This includes expanding product knowledge through training materials, enhancing sales management skills through training, and attendance and participation in a local professional organization. 
**Requirements**: 
- You ideally have a **Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Polymer, Marketing, Economics** or related field. 
- You have a **stable professional experience**, in a B2B chemical business position, preferably in plastics & rubber industry 
- You have a good knowledge and interest of **industrial sectors**: 
- You are **motivated to sell specialized technical solutions** (matching products and customer needs). 
- You have a **professional level of English**, Spanish desirable 
- You are available for **regular travel in EMEA region** (especially in Germany & Italy)
