Digital Transformation Manager - Sales (Openbank) in Spain.

Mission and responsibilities: As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of improvement projects within the Contact Center and Branch network. Your tasks include defining project scope, establishing decision-making mechanisms, collaborating with internal teams, ensuring alignment with market standards, managing resources, monitoring project progress, and evaluating outcomes. You will analyze processes, benchmark against competitors, propose improvements, and oversee audits and surveys to ensure process adherence.
Requirements:
* 3-4+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field.
* Extensive knowledge of contact centers, bank operations, products, and procedures.
* Experience in project management, especially in call centers or bank offices.
* Strong analytical, leadership, persuasion, and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, make decisions, and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proficiency in Office tools and fluency in English and Spanish.
