Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Provides HR support during the ELM (Employee Lifecycle Management) towards all assigned organizational units and teams
- Administrates selected operational HR processes in the areas of organizational and employee development, Training and Learning, Compensation and Benefits
- Supports the HR Teams and selectively also Business Leads in local training and development matters
- Supports in the coordination and administration of recruitment processes, including pre-qualification of candidates
- Maintains all HR systems (especially Workday and local payroll system) and coordinates interface with external providers
- Supports the trustworthy cooperation with local works councils, trade unions and associations (if exist)
- Ensures compliant administration of all corporate and local policies, rules, processes and standards based on needs and requirements
- Completes essential administration tasks
Interactions (internal & external)
- Local HR Manager and HR Team members / HR Director / HR Business Partner
- Regional / BU HR Director / General HR functions (task related)
- Local Leadership Team(s), Managers and employees
- Workers Council, Unions (where applicable)
- local Service Providers, e.g. Software companies, training providers, Tax consultants
Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
- Professional education in business administration or similar education
- first experience in business administration beneficial, preferably in the field of HR
- English language skills
